Property lead-to-visit app

Takes every ad lead, replies in seconds, and books a site visit with directions. For: Real estate agents and builders.

The problem

Ad leads are expensive and go cold within minutes. Agents are busy, calls are missed, and visits are double-booked.

How it works

Built from: meta, whatsapp, gmaps, gcalendar, claude.

The logic

  1. When new lead from an ad: Reply on WhatsApp within a minute and ask two qualifying questions
  2. When lead matches the criteria: Offer visit slots from the assigned agent's calendar
  3. When visit booked: Send a map link, the agent's name and a reminder
  4. When no reply in a day: Send one polite follow-up, then stop
  5. When after the visit: Ask for feedback and tag the lead hot or cold

What can be developed

The money (illustrative example)

The customer pays ₹4999 per agent, per month. API and hosting costs: WhatsApp conversations ₹500, AI qualifying ₹600, Maps ₹200, Hosting ₹200, together ₹1500. Net profit ₹3499.
