B2B reorder app
Distributors reorder in a chat, and you get a clean order sheet and payment link. For: Wholesalers and manufacturers.
The problem
Reorders arrive as calls and voice notes, details get lost, credit limits live in a spreadsheet, and payments are chased by phone.
How it works
Built from: whatsapp, airtable, razorpay, claude.
- whatsapp: Where distributors already place orders
- airtable: The order and credit database
- razorpay: Payment links and settlement status
- claude: Turns messy messages into structured orders

- When distributor sends an order: Convert it to line items and confirm quantities
- When order exceeds the credit limit: Hold it and ask the owner to approve
- When order confirmed: Send the invoice and a payment link
- When dispatch made: Share the transport details
- When payment overdue: Send a reminder and stop new orders after a limit

- Mobile app: Distributor app: catalogue, reorder last order, statements
- Website: Ordering portal with price lists by distributor
- Admin dashboard: Order inbox, credit limits and dispatch status; Price list and scheme management
- AI and automation: Reads voice-note and text orders; Flags unusual quantities before they are accepted
The money (illustrative example)
The customer pays ₹2499 per business, per month. API and hosting costs: WhatsApp orders ₹450, AI understanding orders ₹400, Hosting ₹150, together ₹1000. Net profit ₹1499.

Watch out for
- Orders should be confirmed back to the distributor before they are final.
- Changes to price lists must be versioned.
