Flow

A flow is an automation made of connected steps: a trigger, then messages, conditions, payments and updates to other tools.

Step

A step is one thing a flow does, such as sending a WhatsApp message or creating a payment link. Steps run in order and can branch on conditions.

Connector

A connector links UPMYB to another tool such as WhatsApp, Razorpay, a CRM or a calendar. You choose which to connect and can disconnect any time.

Run

A run is one trip through a flow for one customer or event. Runs are what you see in the log.

Wallet and meter

Costs are metered. The meter shows what each flow, run and message cost, and your wallet pays for it. See Billing.
