A flow did not run

Common reasons and how to check.

Is it live?

Check that the flow is switched on in the Automations list. Paused flows do not run.

Is a connector healthy?

Open Connectors and look for a warning. A disconnected tool pauses the flows that use it.

Did the trigger happen?

Open the flow’s log to see whether the trigger event arrived and what each step did.

Spending cap

If a flow paused itself, you may have reached your spending cap. Raise it on the Meter page.
