Opt-in

Make sure the contact opted in and has not opted out.

Template and window

Outside the 24-hour reply window, only approved templates can be sent. Check the template’s approval status.

Wallet

Messages stop when your wallet balance runs out. Top up and the queue resumes.

Number problems

A number that is not on WhatsApp cannot receive the message. Check the number format with the country code.
