Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and cannot do with UPMYB

1. Purpose

1.1 This policy protects our customers, their customers and the platforms we connect to. It applies to everything you do with UPMYB, including the messages your Flows send.

2. You must not

2.1 Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you.

2.2 Send illegal, harmful, hateful, threatening, harassing, misleading or sexually explicit content.

2.3 Use UPMYB for scams, phishing, impersonation, fake reviews or any kind of fraud.

2.4 Collect or share personal data without a lawful basis, or use data in a way that breaks the law.

2.5 Use UPMYB for regulated or high-risk purposes such as gambling, adult services, illegal drugs, weapons or unlicensed financial offers.

2.6 Break the rules of WhatsApp, Meta or any other connected service, including their commerce and messaging policies.

2.7 Try to access other customers’ data, probe or attack our systems, or avoid usage limits and security controls.

2.8 Use UPMYB to build a competing product or to train a competing AI system.

3. Messaging rules

3.1 Only message people who have opted in, and make it easy for them to opt out. Honour opt-outs immediately.

3.2 Use approved templates for business-started WhatsApp conversations and keep message content accurate.

3.3 Keep your quality rating healthy. We may limit sending if complaints or blocks rise.

4. Enforcement

4.1 We may remove content, pause Flows, suspend or end accounts that break this policy, with or without notice where the risk is serious.

4.2 We may report illegal activity to the authorities.

5. Reporting abuse

5.1 If you see abuse of UPMYB, write to [email protected] with as much detail as you can. We review reports promptly.
