Definitions
- Agreement
- The Terms of Service together with the Product Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Messaging Terms, the Privacy Policy, any DPA and any signed order form.
- Customer
- The person or organisation that uses UPMYB under an account.
- Customer Data
- Content, contacts, messages and other data the Customer puts into UPMYB or creates through it.
- Flow
- An automation built in UPMYB, made of connected steps such as triggers, messages, conditions and actions.
- Connector
- An integration that links UPMYB to a third-party tool.
- Assistant
- The AI feature in UPMYB that builds and explains Flows from a description.
- Order Form
- A written document signed or accepted by both sides that sets plan, fees and special terms.
- Personal Data
- Information that identifies, or can reasonably be used to identify, a person.
- Subprocessor
- A provider that UPMYB uses to process Personal Data on the Customer’s behalf.
- Partner
- A person or organisation accepted into the UPMYB Partner Program.
