How we handle personal information

1. Who we are

1.1 Trivikrama Nexus (OPC) Private Limited runs UPMYB and is responsible for personal data described in this Policy as the "controller". For the personal data of your own customers that you put into UPMYB, we act for you as a "processor". See the Data Processing Agreement.

2. What we collect

2.1 Account information: your name, email address, phone number, company name and password.

2.2 Billing information: plan, invoices, and payment details handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

2.3 Usage information: how you use UPMYB, such as pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and error logs.

2.4 Content you provide: your chat messages with the assistant, the Flows you build and the settings of connected tools.

2.5 Customer Data: contacts and messages you bring into UPMYB, which we process for you.

3. How we use it

3.1 To provide, secure and improve UPMYB, including running your Flows and showing your dashboard.

3.2 To support you, answer questions and send service messages such as security alerts and billing notices.

3.3 To understand how the product is used so we can fix problems and build better features.

3.4 To send you product news and offers, which you can opt out of at any time.

3.5 To meet legal obligations and to protect our rights and users.

4. Why we are allowed to use it

4.1 We use personal data to perform our agreement with you, for our legitimate interests in running and improving UPMYB, with your consent where required, and to meet legal duties.

5. Who we share it with

5.1 Service providers that help us run UPMYB, such as hosting, messaging, payment, analytics and email providers. They may only use the data for our instructions. See the Subprocessors page.

5.2 Third-party tools you connect, when your Flows send or receive data from them.

5.3 Authorities or professional advisers where the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.

5.4 A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganised, with notice to you.

5.5 We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

6.1 Some providers process data outside India. Where we transfer personal data, we use safeguards that the applicable law requires, such as contractual protections.

7. How long we keep it

7.1 We keep account data while your account is open and for a limited time afterwards to meet legal, tax and security needs.

7.2 Customer Data is deleted within 30 days after your account ends unless the law requires us to keep it. Backups are removed on a rolling schedule.

8. Your choices and rights

8.1 You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to some uses, and withdraw consent, subject to the applicable law. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law allows.

8.2 If you are the customer of a business that uses UPMYB, contact that business first. We will help them respond to your request.

8.3 You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

9.1 We use measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, secure storage of credentials and logging. No system is perfectly secure, so we also plan for incidents and will notify affected users as the law requires.

10. Children

10.1 UPMYB is not meant for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this Policy

11.1 We will update this Policy when our practices change. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the product.
