Terms specific to the UPMYB platform

1. The platform

1.1 UPMYB is a platform where you describe what you want in a chat and an AI assistant builds automations ("Flows") that connect your tools. These Product Terms add detail about how the platform works.

1.2 These Product Terms form part of the Terms of Service. If they conflict, these Product Terms apply to the platform features they describe.

2. Flows

2.1 A Flow is a set of connected steps, such as triggers, messages, conditions, payments and updates to other tools.

2.2 UPMYB shows each Flow so you can read, edit and test it. A Flow only runs automatically after you switch it on.

2.3 You are responsible for what your Flows do, including the messages they send and the data they change in connected tools.

2.4 We may limit the number of Flows, steps or runs according to your plan.

3. The AI assistant

3.1 The assistant suggests and builds Flows from your description. It may be wrong or incomplete. Always review and test a Flow before going live.

3.2 Do not enter information into the assistant that you are not allowed to share. Customer Data used to build or run your Flows is not used to train models that other customers use.

3.3 The assistant is not a substitute for legal, medical, tax or financial advice.

4. Connectors

4.1 Connectors link UPMYB to third-party tools. You choose which to connect and you can disconnect any connector at any time.

4.2 When you connect a tool, you allow UPMYB to read and write the data needed for your Flows in that tool. We ask only for the access a Flow needs.

4.3 Credentials and access tokens are stored securely and are not shown inside your Flows.

4.4 We cannot guarantee that a third-party tool will always be available or will keep its current features.

5. WhatsApp and messaging

5.1 WhatsApp messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Using it is subject to the Messaging Terms and to Meta’s own terms and policies.

5.2 Message templates must be approved by Meta. We can help with wording but cannot guarantee approval.

5.3 Meta may change its prices, limits and rules. Messaging charges follow the price shown in your wallet or plan.

6. Payments

6.1 Payment links in your Flows are created through the payment gateway you connect, such as Razorpay or Stripe. UPMYB does not hold your customers’ money and is not a bank or payment institution.

6.2 Your agreement with the gateway governs fees, settlement, refunds and disputes. You are responsible for the products or services you charge for.

7. Testing and going live

7.1 You can test a Flow with sample data. Test runs do not send real messages unless you choose to send a test to your own number.

7.2 You should test each Flow, especially changes to messages and payments, before switching it on for real customers.

8. Usage limits and fair use

8.1 Plans include limits such as the number of contacts, Flows, runs and messages. We will tell you when you are close to a limit.

8.2 We may slow, pause or ask you to upgrade if usage goes beyond your plan or puts the service at risk for others.

9. Availability and support

9.1 We aim to keep UPMYB available at all times but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.

9.2 Support is available by email and through the community forum. Enterprise customers may have a support level set out in their order form.

10. Changes to the platform

10.1 We may add, change or remove features. Changes that significantly reduce functionality you pay for will be announced in advance where we reasonably can.
